The London Calendar
This series grew out of many trips to UCLH, which I visit regularly to manage my chronic pain condition. I wanted to bring something natural and soothing into intimidating and clinical spaces.
These works are my personal take on the traditional Chinese gongbi style—while I follow the same careful technique, the visual language is European. The flowers are carefully selected from the world that I see around me, each in full bloom in London in the month they correspond to.
I will add to this collection as I complete new pieces until it forms a 12-month calendar.

From the gallery above decide which month / flower is your favourite.

Your print will include signature and number - a traditional red paste seal can be added to the image upon request.

Pay for your print
I will respond to advise the payment and timescales of delivery for your limited edition (20 of each size and design) giclee print on archival grade paper.
